Nefin Dinc
Nefin Dinç, Assistant Professor at the State University of New York, Fredonia, has an M.F.A. in documentary film production from the University of North Texas, a master’s degree on Media and Culture from Strathclyde University, Glasgow and an M.F.A. degree from the University of North Texas. She worked in Ýstanbul as first assistant director for feature films, documentaries and TV commercials. Dinç directed her first documentary Cumhuriyet Treni (The Republic Train) for Turkish Radio and Television (TRT) in 2000 and was awarded the Best Documentary Film of the Year Award by the Journalists Association of Turkey. |
