Ahmet Ertug

A 1974 graduate of the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London, Ahmet Ertug has practiced architecture in England, Iran, and Turkey. His photographs, which capture the magnificence of Byzantine and Ottoman architecture, have been shown internationally, with major exhibitions in Japan, Paris, London, and Turkey; and a permanent display at Hagia Sophia. Ertug, who lives and works in Istanbul, also produces exquisite art books in collaboration with Ahmet Kocabiyik, President, Borusan Holding, Istanbul.
