Berna Cagirici
Berna Çagirici is a senior at Istanbul Culture University
Arts and Design Faculty, and is studying cinema and television. In 2004
she received the Istanbul French Institute’s First Prize with her animated
film, Pisst. The same year her documentary film, Istanbul’un
Orta Yeri (In the Middle of Istanbul), was an official selection
at the TURSAK International Environment Film Festival. She won the First
Prize at the Hürrem Erman Short Story Competition with the script of her
short film, Kirmizi Kiremit (The Red Tile), which also
received the Best Director, Best Script and Best Cinematography awards
at the Kar Film Festival in Turkey. |
