| Erdem Akakçe Erdem Akakçe was born in Konya and graduated from the Theater Department of Bilkent University. He started his career as a professional actor at Dostlar Theater in a production of Maxwell Anderson’s Barefoot in Athens. He later acted in The Last of the Convicts, an adaptation of Slawomir Mrozek’s The Police, as well as in I, Feuerbach by Tankred Dorst, Sexe, Magouilles et Culture Générale by Laurent Baffie, and Long Live War, an adaptation by Genco Erkal of a variety of works by Aydin Engin, Aziz Nesin, Bertolt Brecht, Euripides, Ferhan Sensoy, Karl Valentin, Nazim Hikmet, and Wolfgang Borchert. He won the Avni Dilligil Theater Award for his performance in Sexe, Magouilles et Culture Générale. He also starred in a television series titled We’re in Love with You. |
