Murat Kebir

Murat Kebir was born in Ankara in 1968. After receiving his degree in electrical engineering, he went to work for the Turkish Radio and Television (TRT) as an editor on a wide range of projects including documentaries and dramas. He moved to England fourteen years ago to become an assistant editor in a reputable post-production house, where his work included major projects for BBC, Sky TV and Channel 4. Presently, Murat Kebir is a senior editor at Sky TV. Dis Için Göz Çikartmak (An Eye for a Tooth) marks his directorial debut.
