Baki Duyarlar (Keyboards)
Baki Duyarlar started his education in music as a cello student at the Istanbul University State Conservatory and graduated from the Tilburg State Conservatory. He later decided to pursue an academic career in the Netherlands, teaching in the world music divisions of fine music schools in Amsterdam, Rottersam and La Hey for six years. Together with Stanislav Mitrovic, Duyarlar established OnQ-a a fusion quartet which has performed succesfully in the top concerthalls of the Netherlands. He has also collaborated with Kenny Werner, Monty Alexander, Eddi Gomez, Mike Manieri, and Bob Brookmeyer. Duyarlar has participated in numerous music festivals, while writing original music and playing and recording for a number of vocalists. He has developed a form of music which he calls "Cantus Circus."
