	As part of its art culture programs, Moon and Stars Project places a special emphasis on projects that involve the visual arts – painting, sculpture, video, photography, installations, and mixed media. The goals of our visual arts programs include promoting and fostering the professional collaboration, networking, and interaction of Turkish and American artists; building bridges between the American and Turkish art scenes; and providing artists with the support, exposure, funding, and access to venues needed to reach new audiences and gain international recognition. The applications are evaluated in a quarterly cycle with the following deadlines: March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 30. The results are announced in about two weeks after the deadline. Past Projects June 2008 “4 // From Istanbul” A group exhibition featuring the works of Hayal Pozanti, Bora Akinciturk, Cagri Kucuksayrac and Ahmet Civelek at Inspiring Spaces’ Loft.
