Please come join us to see recent works by current artists, including the 2010 artist-in-residence Nazim Unal Yilmaz, whose participation is sponsored by Moon and Stars Project, The American Turkish Society, Turkish Culture and Tourism Office and Marmara Manhattan. School of Visual Arts’ Summer Residencies in New York City offer emerging and mid-career artists time, space and a supportive community in which to develop ideas and focus on their artistic direction.

Moon and Stars Project and The American Turkish Society have offered grants to fund student artists of Turkish origin to attend the “School of Visual Arts Summer Residency” since 2004.
