BORA AKINCITURK

 Bora Akinciturk was born in 1982, in Ankara, Turkey, and raised in Istanbul. He currently lives in London, and is one of the most up-coming artists from Istanbul and London. Akinciturk believes painting is a way to constantly experiment in order to find and express interesting feelings with images and vice versa. The artist does not intend to explain, justify, nor contextualize his paintings. He wants the artwork to explain itself, and the viewer to feel whatever he/she is feeling when looking at his paintings.
